Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on your order before any discounts.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We typically ship orders via the U.S. Postal Service.  The following shipping rates will apply to most orders.

Orders under $11 are sent via First Class Mail for a flat rate of $4.
Orders totaling $11.00-$49.99 are shipped for a flat rate of $8.
Orders totaling $50.00 - $99.99 are shipped for a flat rate of $12.
Orders totaling $100-$149.99 are shipped for a flat rate of $15.

If there is a surcharge for oversized packages, that surcharge will be passed along to you.  

Orders over $150 receive FREE shipping (some exceptions may apply).

Please note that some products are exempt from this shipping policy (e.g., some sewing machines, furniture), and those specific items will be tagged as such on their individual product page.  

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Franklin, Massachusetts. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@emmasquiltcupboard.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
