Refund policy
Returns
We want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchase, and we make every effort to make this happen. But we all know that sometimes things just don't go the way you would have hoped. If any item in your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please let us know right away so we can work with you to make it right.
All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Some items are exempt from returns. These Items include cut fabric, copyrighted materials such as patterns and books, sale items, and gift cards. All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.

Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties
If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty, please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. We will let you know when we have processed your refund with our merchant services provider so you can ensure that your refund is correctly applied to your credit card. Please be aware that refunds will not be given for shipping charges.
