All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We typically ship orders via the U.S. Postal Service. The following shipping rates will apply to all orders.

Orders under $15 are sent via First Class Mail for a flat rate of $5.
Orders totaling $15.00-$75 are sent via Priority Mail for a flat rate of $10.
Orders totaling $75.01- $124.99 are sent via Priority Mail for a flat rate of $12

Orders over $125 receive FREE shipping.

Please note that some products are exempt from this shipping policy (e.g., furniture), and those specific items will be tagged as such on their individual product page.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Franklin, Massachusetts. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
